HBO: "Westworld"...Cancelled After 4 Seasons

A lot of people were interested in the theme park plot, show was a hit.

I'm guessing you're not a fan of Ex Machina or Blade Runner either.

Loved both. But stretch both out to 8-10 hour long episodes? I'm good.actually
Blade runner could work because of the detective/noir aspect

In the below image, a teasingly smiling maze sits atop the screenplay for the first episode, blocking off just most of the final word in its title. It reads "Journey Into N--." How frustrating, right? Well not really. If you have a long memory about the wonderful HBO series, then you know that "Journey Into Night" was the name of Dr. Ford's final narrative that was enacted in the season 1 finale. Technically, the narrative supposedly concluded with Teddy crying over Dolores' death. But in actuality, it really began when Dolores chose to blow Ford's brains out. The journey has just begun.

As we previously learned there would be a time jump between seasons, it makes sense then that we are seeing the actual night when the season 2 journey starts its ride.
