Heading out to Chicago for the first time, need some info

Like the title says, I'll be out in Chicago August 12-14th for the Cubs/Phillies series. I'm staying at the Hard Rock Hotel on Michigan Ave. I guessmost of my time will be spent in that area and Wrigleyville. What are the best places to eat/drink in those areas? Thanks in advance.

there's a bunch of nice bars right across the street and around the stadium...you won't have trouble finding nice places up there.

as far as downtown, drinks can get expensive, so be careful.
