Explain why atomic number of some elements is not integer numbers while atomic
number is number of protons plus number of neutrons.

Idk what to put for this, so confused

Mass number is P + N

Anyways, to answer your question, mass number is always proton + neutron, thus it can't be a fraction. Molar mass is the average of all isotopes of that element.
