Now instead of someone who has worked his !#+ off getting promoted for his hard work, a viral video rewards a guy who doesn't deserve it, only because of the "feel good" story behind it.

but in reality he has the talent and the "voice". if you have the that factor employers are looking for, they will hire you along as it gets the job done.

You can work your butt off, you ain't getting that voice. Complaining about this is like complaining about why Ron Jeremy is in porn and you're not.

thats not how it works.. in this society, if you're good, you're good.
it didn't matter that Lebron James was 18 years old when he entered the draft, he was the #1 overall pick because he was extremely talented. the Cavs didnt say "ehh he doesn't deserve it, lets pick that a four year senior who's been working his *%% off"

, but i don't feel sorry that he served time either. I just don't get how this cat is more deserving than anyone else. At one point many others had jobs, a family, and through unfortunate circumstances began begging. Do they not deserve it any more or less?

I watched this on the news and i admit i was a little teary eyes. The guys seem like a really good person with talent who unfortunately went down the wrong path of life but finally found the light at the other end of the tunnel. Every body should deserve a second chance

- You don't just hand out these kind of jobs...idk that's what comes to mind to me when people just say give this man so n so...it's more of a charity case type of thing.

9 kids, a history and past of arrests, and people still want him. A voice that can sell ANYTHING. 2nd chances. I love it.. Some people dont even get first chances at jobs, so I see how that one dude in here is a bit jaded.

Now with money, maybe he throws it back at his kids and their families and money unites everyone. Apparently the lack of it has divided them a bit since no one seemingly took him in and did this video youtube thing sooner

no one is saying he deserves it BECAUSE he is homeless... he deserves it because he is better than most. The homesless thing is just his "story" nothing more, nothing less. you gets?
