How do you feel when your ex downgrades?

Had a similar situation after a six year relationship. Just do you she's your ex for a reason so really nothing she does should bother you unless you still feel for her. Whether the dude is a lame or not is personal opinion he may feel the same way about you. Some women like to jump right into another relationship because they can't deal well enough with themselves to be alone. Don't worry about her she had her chance. Upgrade yourself brotha!

Like most NTers I may be a bit arrogant, and I'm not saying I'm the best looking dude out there nor the coolest, but I know a downgrade when I see it

It's actually quite comical to be honest. I'm just salty that yes she supposedly moved on that quick, and that someone else is tappin that. But deep down I know as well as all my friends, she was no good for me. I just gotta keep it movin, on to the next one
