Don't have an Android phone in front of me but it should be: longpress on an empty spot on any of your home screens, menu will come up, click add widget, then select the weather widget.

The thing im talking about isn't on the weather widget thing. :T

That Widget will be under clock.

You can also go to Personalize - Add Widgets - All Widgets and scroll through until you find it.
