Ok, I know what your thinking. Every couple of days someone comes out with an "iPhone Killer".� Honestly, I think this is it.� I've used alot of different phones (Including the iPhone which I think is great) but this one caught my eye and stole my heart

exactly... the Hero is on android....

and it's running HTC's Sense interface which is in the same vein as touchFLO on win-mo...
rumors say its coming to Sprint.. and if it does.... oh man...

Yo Hollakid where can I find a tutorial on how to load roms or even find roms for that matter on to a htc joint? I wanna get the mytouch and load this os ontoit. Is that possible

Unfortunately it doesn't support full flash. It supports generic flash, but not the cool embedded stuff that most people want, it crashes repeatedly whentrying some flash. Once a phone supports full flash, I'll upgrade from the 3G.
