^I dislike Frys for the same reason. Their customer service and return policy are bad. I have only been to the one in Palo Alto though.

I never have problems with returning things to bestbuy ever. I've returned open CPU, Mother boards, monitors, etc. Who goes there for customer service?Unless you want them to get a big TV for you off the rack, or you want some memory. Frys is not the place for customer service.

I'll never forget the time I walked in there, and I asked this dude where the ethernet cord was, he sneezed, and ran off hella fast.
