IMO, they sound very similar. And I never stated it was lawsuit worthy. I'm disappointed the family is doing this.

Your initial statement was something like "looks like they will win again" cause the similarity was a tambourine.

Don't take what I said to fit your ignorant statement. I said there are similarities, not that the songs sound similar. Like I said before, thousands of songs use tambourines.

Thousands of songs use pianos and guitars, those are similarities which are not the same a songs sounding similar due to key and is using same chord progressions which pharrell didn't do, which is why I said your hearing may need to be examined.

No, I said they may win, that's it. Instead of giving a mature response I guess you went for the laughs. I then stated the tambourine pattern sounded the same. Your prior response should've been of a question, asking why I felt they would win. From there, you should've then tried to school me on music lawsuits. Simply stating, the rhythm and pattern may be similar but it will take more to win a lawsuit of such.
