Ain't nothing wrong with Stedman status. Currently in it myself, and probably will be for quite some time. If you're in a serious relationship or marriage, I don't feel that it should be an issue.

Prior to getting married, it isn't like I didn't know my wife made more $$ than me and vice versa. Why be mad about it?

I'm getting into Quantity Surveying/Cost Engineering and then most probably Project Management, so you best believe I'm gonna be earning the big bucks.


I hate fighting with a passion, hell, I avoid it with a passion, but if push came to shove, the only time I would ever raise the issue of money in an argument would be if he was taking me for granted, as in expecting me to pay for everything and get everything done around the place whilst not contributing anything himself. Even by helping out a little with things around the house. Been there, done that. Not going back to that ever again.
