The TOS state clearly that we will not assist anyone in leaving Yuku, nor will we make copies of personal member information to give to anyone. The only thing that we have no say over is the domain name www.niketalk.com- that belongs to the admins on niketalk. We were paying half of the ad revenues from this forum to charity as requested. When the domain name was pointed elsewhere we learned that this site had been scraped and copied and that private member email info was stolen. I am not sure how you can accuse us when the law is entirely on our side.

The reality is that forum drama happens and people stay and leave from communities all the time. The problem with this scenario is that members who were happy here get screwed and their personal information is now on another site without their explicit permission.

You are welcome to post here, but please stop talking about the law when you really don't seem to know anything beyond what your leaders are feeding you."

It is messed up with what this Sanjay dude is doing, and he might be all these names we can call him but he's no fool.

What he's saying might be true, and what if he tries to sue us for copyright infringement or some crap.

I mean I don't know the jist of what's going on, but he seems to know a lot... well from a contractual basis.

I hope he doesn't try to take us to court or drag this out and then this site has to change up and all sorts of problems, but we'll see how this plays out.

Also, you guys are just making it worse with all of the flaming you're throwing his way and it's probably going to just piss him off even more and he's going to give the mods here an even harder time with trying to come up with a peaceful end result.

If you were this Sanjay dude and Meth was trying to work things out peacefully then all of the sudden everyone just starts causing problems and putting you personal business out there online would you want to keep working things out peacefully... hell no you'd probably be a douche too.

Look what that one kid did to HT Joseph I think was his name... he damn near ethered it and Bee had to put in a lot of work to get things back to how it was.

I think the only reason I haven't been banned yet over there is cause 2 of the threads I posted in where the ones where loads of porn were posted and those threads were deleted soon after I had posted with the largest font basically to come over here and left the link. This all sounds so contractual. Hopefully, for everyone's sake, this does not end up in litigation. If so, methical, you know you have about 99% of nt's support. If in court they try to claim you 'highjacked' or stole the user base that is totally unfounded - people have been asking for years about yuku updates or simply leaving that particular host site altogether. Also, as i understand it, possession is 9/10th of the law and seeing as how posters own any original post content and wanted outfrom yuku it certainly appears as if theyhavno legal recourse. Appears is the key word as im sure there is more to all of this. Additionally, there is more id like expounded upon but ill reserve those questions for later, now is probably not the time for that asi can tell your hands must be quite full.
