I seen it happen quite a few times before, once it was so bad I actually thought about calling. But I never did.

happend to me before. was on the way home and i saw this car driving super slow at the intersection getting ready to turn(like 2am). as i passed theintersection a car turned onto the street from the right of me and passed me super fast and almost hit me. i watched the car loose control and hit a median. ikept driving.
