i remember...well im surprised i remember that much, cause i have a horrible memory

You guys are welcome about the books, they all came back to me as I was searching for one, then the next and so on. SO many good memories, RIF was my favoriteevent of each quarter. Free books were always appreciated

Those don't really show your age because they're timeless. My 3 year old son has a few of those in his library.

Good list. I remember all of those things too, so you must be about my age. One of the few on this board. Anyway, I also remember when Magic Johnson was one ofthe best basketball players in the world and the hottest video game systems were the Atari and Colecovision.
 
I remember when rewinding a cassette tape on fast mode meant takin it out, sticking a pen in and twirling the tape around for a few seconds lol
I remember copping albums on cassette

I remember when Laserdiscs were the FUTURE of home video...
 
I remember when VHS was still poppin

I remember when I got a Sega Genesis and Vectorman for christmas

I remember when Beavis & Butt-head was always on TV
