Kevin Boss is a 75 speed in Madden actually which is in the bottom half of all TE's
But Madden also has Michael Bennett and Ladanian Tomlinson the same speed and I dont even wanna get started on Hester
Take Madden's ratings with a grain of salt please.
Fred Taylor has a 92 Speed in Madden
AJ Hawk is a 87 Speed WOW
Dre Bly is a 93 speedif he had a jet pack but Marcus McCauley is 92speed and he ran a 4.3 at the combine. Do you see how ridiculous Madden is

Welker has NO speed. He is quick. game speed means U dont get caught from behind in games sorta like how Jerry Rice used to get ghost in gamesdespite only running 4.6s . How many times u seen Welker catch out for long touchdowns with his "game speed" ?

When they played the Eagles I saw him get run down by a Defensive Tackle from behind on a screen pass. That was all I needed to see to know that 4.7 heran was legit

Ok I'll settle for he has good acceleration. Speed is the wrong term. Prolly why they never send him deep. But I do see him dust when he takes off, I guesshe can't keep up that top speed...

ehh on further review he is kind of stubby. I just remember dude in Big XII and there would be times when he wouldseparate. I recall some nfl plays of separation too but I can't find them.

But seriously. He was 10 yards down the field already. It wasnt like he just caught it and the guy read screen and ran out there. It was a situation where hejust shouldnt have been caught from behind by a 300 pounder.

you guys talking about Wes...theres a difference between quick and fast. Wes is not fast, he's quick and shifty. He can make tacklers miss with quicklittle shifts...but he's not fast enough to outrun a defensive back all the time

Wes Welker runs like a damn TURTLE. He is not fast. No way, no how. He's small and makes quick cuts. He's somewhat elusive because he's so smalland as quick feet, but he sure as hell ain't about to outrun ANYBODY.
