it is but the company is 75% Microsoft and 25% Cisco for their voice and video.

so I have to learn the backend to MS Teams which is somewhat new to me when it comes to UC. im primarily a cisco guy

i would say its a good learning experience
also a good place to network and meet people if u wanna build ur own company
also can help edge u in front of other competitors for ajob
