I ordered a pair of shoes from them 2 weeks ago and they sent me the wrong pair. I contacted them via email which they barely responded to. They then proceeded to tell me i had to pay to ship back the wrong shoes (stupid in my opinion)
sent them tracking and was told i would be refunded in full and possibly be refunded the $18.65 for the return shipping.
They have not answered a single email in over a week since the shoes were delivered back to them.
any Shoe palace employees or someone here?

Then it took about two weeks to get the refund back on my card. They said it takes about 8-10 business days, not including weekends, to process the refund. They said the merchandise had to be inspected first, then they would process the refund.
