gonna have ta watch this today tho

The part I liked most of the Steamboat/Y2JGOAT interview was the telling of his relationship
with Dusty Rhodes...how Rick was the main event face & then Dusty came in to do the booking...
and Steamboat ends up in the WWF shortly thereafter. I never put it together like that without a direct explanation.

Am also glad Jake got his teeth fixed...it was difficult to listen to his old interviews
and the sounds he constantly made adjusting his dentures.

Would have liked a bit more on the early days/early life in both interviews tho.

I thought I was the only one who noticed the dentures issue..I hated hearing him talk during a lot of interviews..Haven't listen to the Rogan interview, but if you say he got his teeth fixed then it'll be a good listen for my ears..

Is there anything you could teach me about Terry Gordy's career before he went to Japan?

Look up his early work with the Freebirds..He did some solid stuff in Memphis around 83-85..Not sure if it's available online or not though..Although I don't remember him specifically, my dad has told me that a show he, my great-grandfather, my brother, and I went to in Tennessee has The Freebirds at it..

Yea, he even speaks on how he got set up with the procedure

Lies.

MLW does them well.

Early 90s WCW/NWA had them done perfectly

It being a fake sport actually makes it much easier. WWE just doesn't use logic
Nah, man. In boxing or mma fighters have like 2-3 fights a year on avg. Top Wrestlers in the WWE put up (not counting anything off tv to keep it kayfabe) a lil under 64 matches a year, assuming they fight on every ppv and appear on every week of one of the branded shows. That's near NBA numbers. You can't do ranking week to week and expect anything but meaningless hilarity to ensue. If they did it monthly it'd work better, but it still doesn't take into account what the ranking are even based off of. Are they based on matches won, how you performed in those matches, promos, fan reaction etc. Imo, it's the worst possible thing to incorporate from other sports.

When they gave us one more time to believe in Ziggler, then threw it away shortly after. Story of his career
