Job Training Ideas...?

So my boss dropped this on my lap. The company is getting 2 new people in my department ( IT) and he asked me to whip some type of basic training program for them to get their feet wet and i need some ideas.

Im trying to put this all together, based on what i would have wanted for when i first got hired.
I already have this outlined packet with info on the company and have this "buddy" system so when they arrive they can show them around etc. but thats it, my brain isnt coming up with anymore stuff and before google i figured id try yall out.

Really nothing else to be done.

I had to do the same. Make an informational word doc pretty much explaining in more detail all of the functions of the job, all relevant links/services, all the numbers and contact details of people relevant to our department, etc. If they had any other questions feel free to email/text and ask.
