I would say TTS but each person has their own preference. Some go down half a size for a more snug feel & to prevent creasing & some people go up half a size to wear crease protectors with them.

TTS on 1s, the only Jordans I have to go a half size down on are the 3s, 4s, 5s and the 13s.

i don't even know why people are excited about the gammas, it's just an all black shoe. didn't even bother getting a raffle ticket for it and i'm by HOH a lot since i work in the area.
