They put some kind of notice on my account and made me call them. Waited like 30 minutes, when the rep finally came on the phone he made me do all this stuff to verify myself and he started tripping me up on these random questions, then he was like, "can you verify your date of birth?" at this time I'm squinting like fry, but I'm line June 27, 1994 and then he starts checking some stuff and starts doing some suspect type questioning and eventually gets my real birthday, then he apologizes and says he has to shut down my account and says have a nice day. I was so confused couldn't even react before he hung up. smh, my R.I.P. my 100% feedback.what?
Now I gotta go bum around on my dad's account.
