I get sticking to OG specs... but we could've gotten a poly insole c'mon man

Yea sometimes og details aren’t always the best. IMO, all 11’s should have a stitched 23 on the back, even if that’s not how the originals were. But it’s hard enough to get JB to get retros as good as OG’s let alone improve them.

The O.G. pair had a poly insole and it’s actually way better than the poly insole we get nowadays. If they were true to spec it would have been even more comfortable than the SB insole.

Something I didn't notice until recently was how low the wing was on the heel on the OG. They've been wilding for years with that and I had no idea lol. I'm sure if the collar was higher as it should be, it would not only look better but fix the issue ppl have with it digging into the achilles.

Insole comparison is nasty work.. made these look like converses to the OG
