For everyone asking, they’re still dropping tomorrow Jan. 7th. Thing is, it’s looking like this is a European release.

Not on SNKRS US or in any of the shops I follow. I’ve waited too long for a Re-release so i don’t care about the Aqua detailing tbh.

Carolina was correct in 2010. They changed it with the white and black pair that year. Followed by the Charcoal release. They have been that way unfortunately ever since.

The only reason I remember is because I bought all three of those on release. I was pissed, but hell I still bought em. I love 9s so they really need that fixed. Def by the next Charcoal release.

By the time I found out about Slam Jam, my size was already gone.

Funny, because they’re just sitting (in smaller sizes) on most of the foot shops as of tbis writing.

So in doing a little research.. Nike didn't showcase them on that spring '23 preview they did on snkrs, none of the big names did an on-foot review on youtube, ZsneakerheadZ on twitter says US release date TBD and Atmos Indonesia says its a limited drop.. Very odd situation. If they don't do a US drop, then hopefully resell doesn't end up too bad.

I have no clue if these will ever see a U.S. release.

I was pressed so I hit the resale market. Tbh resale is maybe $60-$70 over retail as of this writing.

Got my pair in from Nike Canada the other day. I don’t hate the aqua in the back but it’s pretty jarring. Still a nice shoe but I was disappointed with the materials. Both the leather and the suede are thin and cheap.

9’s are so disrespected for years now. I don’t understand why JB hasn’t even attempted to fix this model yet, they look awful compared to the OG or early 2000’s retros. Shape, materials, tiny jumpman, height, everything is off. I refuse to buy 9’s until they are fixed.
