What is off about them?
People will go crazy over not12s but will pass on these, help me understand.

The whole shape just looks off. The toe box. Look at the OG and 2011 shape next to the 2023. It’s just a lot cleaner look on the older pairs.

Solid retro. I’m gonna pass on these and go for the white AMM 12s. Hope everyone eats

I just got my pair in. These are better then every other last OG retro. The HGG, Blk/Red, Chicago and Flint that have all released in the past 5ish years I mean. Leather on the toe box is significantly better. Overall build quality better. They're solid.

Definitely not perfect but an improvement. I had heard some of the + CWs have been getting a bit better so maybe they are just in line with them. I just buy OGs mostly now, so I haven't had them to compare.

^^great news man! I can tell the toe box shape itself has been slightly reworked too, along with the mentioned material upgrade… it looks much more digestible. My pair is en route to the authenticator so I should have them by 2024 lol

I still need to see how that toe leather looks with some wear…If it’s going to have that unnatural folded plastic look that 13’s have had for what seems like forever then it’s still going to be a pass…I can’t mess with the disrespect Nike is STILL giving the model at this point…I’m far past the point of buying subpar retro’s based simply on the nostalgia the shoe stirs up…

Toe leather is definitely better. That seems like the biggest improvement. They aren't OG like or anything lol but the overall plastic build is definitely less evident on these.

It's a solid/decent retro.

JB are well aware they don’t need to significantly improve their standards because people will buy anything, especially in OG cws.

Beside my 1998 pair. Both size 9.5. This is the greatest 13 retro hands down since 2004 ish. Great to have actual cow on the toe. These smell like Reggie Miller’s worst nightmares.
