First time I've ever gotten scammed. This is just wack because I got scammed from someone I did business with before.
I have his aim, myspace, email, cell phone, and address. All this information is on the bottom of this post
Long story short: Since I dealt with him before so I felt comfortable dealing with him again without getting scammed so the deal was
he send 4 rich yung shirts + 1 rich yung hoody
for my 3 pieces
I ended up shipping first without an agreement made on ISS
He claimed he shipped after I did and gave me a faulty tracking number that still don't work today
He got his item on the 28th and never talked to me again
Ignoring his myspace, email, phone, and is never on aim anymore
It is now December 2nd and no answer from him
What can I do now? Full story is below if you're willing to help
All I can think of right now is just continue sending stuff to his myspace, cell, email until he does. I'd appreciate if someone is willing to send him amessage on myspace if I post his link to tell him to "send the rich yung!"

- First meeting
- He used his friends account to sell on ISS
- Bought $240 worth of stuff the first time (Rich Yung Hoody + Shirt)
- How the scamming started
- Month (November) later, he hits me up asking about two of my Rich Yung Hoodies and wants to trade
- Offers me 4 Rich Yung shirts + 1 Rich Yung Pullover for the two Rich Yung Hoodies + the shirt he sold me before+ $30 cash I basically gave up $500 worth
- Here's where I got scammed
- He didn't want to do agreement on ISS because he didn't want to go through that process and I agree (BIG MISTAKE)
- He wanted to do the transaction the next day and wanted me to ship first and tell him the tracking # first
- His boy was going to ship it for him because he had Wrestling practice after school
- Couldn't give me tracking # until after wrestling practice and the tracking # he gave me was 0308 1500 0000 0465 7781
- Number didn't work so I figure it's just Usps
- Number still don't work as of today 10/2 and I was given the number on 11/25!
- I let him know he was like i probably messed up on a number and ill get it all right later
- I'm still waiting til this day for the right tracking #
- He received his package on the 28 and I have yet to receive mine.
- I called his phone no pickup rings til voicemail and I leave him one everytime
- Send him numerous of text a day no respond
- He's never on aim since that day we last talked
- Here's whats funny he checks his myspace everyday and I send him messages to see if he reads them so I check the sent and it in fact does says read but he never responds back.
