Man please Harden had to deal with hella injuries as well. Enough with the roster excuse when he out here calling and recruiting the players.

The Rockets did have injuries, but at all times the Rockets gave Harden shooters to play off him.

Sad to see BBB become defunct..it’s easier to kill the brand than to go through legal battles or have to pay Alan 17% of company valuation out of pocket to get rid of him. at least my bbb hoodies goin up in value now

I've been waiting a long time to hear this. Good riddance. Nothing against Lavar and his hype machine but there's only one baller in the Ball family and we all know who that is.
Lonzo's talent speaks for itself; get Lavar out of the picture ASAP so Zo can shine.

not sure how much merit it has though but for what it's worth he recently signed to the Athletic for LA (Lakers)

I remember last year everybody in the media reported how Kawhi wanted to be traded to the Lakers (prior to him being traded to TOR and before reports surfaced rhat he may want the Clippers instead).
Then this year we basically found out A.D. wants to be a Laker.
Magic said this summer we'll be "back, back, back," basically hinting that we'll have a Big 3 plus Lonzo to challenge the Warriors.
Could the vision perhaps be a team with A.D., LeGM, Kawhi with Lonzo spearheading the new Lake Show?

there's been a lot of stuff saying kawhi does not want to come to the lakers because of lebron
but when Bron signed woj did report that "nothing has changed and kawhi wish remains to be traded to the lakers" before he got sent to TOR
Kawhi does seem to want to come to LA so it's prob either LAC or LAL... LAL being better for his brand imo and his unc loves the Lakers lol
If kawhi does come to the lakers, the world will set fire, and you can then possibly package the top 10 pick plus players for player C
AD would be ideal but NOP seems hell-bent on not sending him here. but..

I have no idea anymore on the sales pitches, or how/why players go anywhere, but if Kawhi has ANY interest in the city of LA, and chooses the Clippers, it would be time to wipe everybody out.
Magic would have to close on Kiwi. He's the best FA available, doesn't cost us any of the kids, even if an AD deal fell thru, we'd still be viable. Then if we can land an AD deal (or wait til 2020 and he joins up) then great, more the merrier.

if Kawhi chose the Clips over us then it’s an indictment on Magic. They didn’t accurately gauge how other (younger) superstar free agents feel about playing with Lebron

Think about how different this season plays out if Paul George just signed on with Bron like we all thought was gonna happen.

How would they have known at that point people would not want to when they signed him? Before he came those guys were interested in coming to LA (Kawhi, Jimmy etc). That's not an indictment on Magic, that's on Lebron cause of everything he brings as a teammate. We've seen it first hand this year.

Just my thought. Magic/Rob should have done their due diligence. Make contact behind the scenes. Get a feel for the big FAs and how they feel about Lebron. Hell, even us on NT can see how his teammates get tired of being the scapegoats on his teams.
I know it’s on Lebron, but how did Magic not see this coming? If PG wasn’t all gun-ho about joining Lebron that’s a red flag
