**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Team full of family men. Nothing for them to do in Miami..

**** a win after two nights in Miami is a miracle.

I absolutely 100000000000% do not give a **** who does, or doesn't play. I want to go 82-0 and then 16-0. Then watch Figueroa line up.*

*I don't think we can be 82-0 this year, but I still want to try.

Just keep stacking Double You's. I don't care who misses what games or who's quality vs who isn't. So what. Get to the Finals, then win that ****. #17 Let the peasants argue quality wins with their eyes full of tears.

If u put delusional on ignore, the thread is waaaaaay better 😂
So let me get this straight.
You have me on ignore but you Somehow know I posted a few things today. Unless you woke up today and randomly thought me and decided to say you ignored me and how much your life is better now..makes no sense. Either way. Keep me on ignore, I don’t wanna share my ground breaking insight and highly accurate future predictions with you anyways.

That look Lonzo has in that shot tells it all....look of a crook.

dude probably straight conspired with Lavar in the biggest hype job known to man just so he could get top dollar as a #2 pick. You redo the draft now and dude doesnt even get drafted in the first round and would make substantially less.

No wonder the Ball family got screwed over with their BBB fake brand and lost $$. It's called karma. Ntm Jello getting caught stealing like the crooks they are.

Frauds. On and off the court.

I’ll concede valid arguments against Zo (mostly shooting, tentativeness, and durability). But he’s being utilized the exact same way in NO that he was in La. Aka in ways not conducive to his game. Ingram has virtually the same efficiencies he did while he was in LA. The difference is he’s being employed differently (more opportunities at things he’s actually efficient at and less at things that lead to bad shots/low PPP)..

Zo has still been a productive player while on the court. He’s definitely regressed since his rookie season and injuries have played a large role in that.. but coaching staffs have done him zero favors. He would flourish if he was used optimally and not a stand in the corner 3 pt specialist which he is not.

All good points. But the bottom line still remains....he still way too shy. Tbh, it matters little how your used if the "baller" dont go out there and ball consistently when you have a run n gun offense. You the PG, take the damn rock and control the game. Run the PNR with aggressivenes, if you dont get the ball in the corner because BI on iso half the time, then use your 6'5" length and get in position to get an offensive rebound to impact the play. There is ZERO FIRE in that boy. His pops say he is a winner. Have we seen those characteristics at the pro level?

Ain't no excuses. Look at Caruso, who is also 6'5" and used to be skinny. Has Lonzo thought about contacting AC to find out what his secret sauce is? I bet not. That's cause Lonzo's head is in the wrong place imho. He blows a lot of easy layups cause he got no upper body strength. He supposedly worked on his shot but he's only shooting in the low 30s. He cant hit a midrange jumper if he tried. He is not worthy of being considered a #2.

I'll be honest. Even if you ship him to a team that "utilizes his strengths," the results are more than likely going to be the same.

I'm sure a lot of us all want Zo to succeed. But to watch him play, watch his demeanor out there on the court, it's just unbearable to watch. It's almost embarrassing at times.

If he played with more pride and passion maybe he'd prove more folks wrong.
