This is rough to watch.
That said. I’m fine with AD not playing tonight. If this was an elimination game he likely would’ve gutted it out. But if he got hurt Sunday, better to take a few extra days over potentially aggravating things even more, taking the L anyway and missing more time.
That said, if Phoenix ultimately wins this series, give them props. Well except that ZoDogg Suns fan who used to post on here. But that short turnaround time between game 6 of the finals and the start of this season absolutely ****** the Lakers. You can say the same for the Heat or any other team who played well into late September as well.
Vogel would’ve been well within reason to rest Lebron and AD in any non nationally televised games early in the season. Fans couldn’t attend the games anyway so it wasn’t likely paying fans would’ve been cheated out of seeing their favorite stars play.
