I never got the clipper hate personally, never felt they were good enough or a threat to deserve hate, but I love when the celtics lose.

We can say they need to win 17, 12, a thousand. Hell let's start w/ 1, go from there.

Clipper hate is very simple to understand.
For years everyone in socal rooted for the clippers. They sucked but nobody messed with our little brothers. Even during the Elton brand/Sam Cassel days when they were very very good, we liked them.
Then they got Griffin- got a little cocky. Then Cp3. Super super cocky. Then Doc rivers. ULTRA cocky. Then lakers haters started rooting for them by default. Super cocky. Then Ballmer and those stupid signs. Super super super cocky.
For those reasons, I’m out. Can’t root for them bc they are annoying. We are annoying too, but at least we won something and we slam our team when they make mistakes (see
