Why would you care? Wouldn't you just follow Bron back to where he was before?
I don’t,but who and why would you want to go back to that, rather than build around the current team w/ players with proven playoff track records. There’s no guarantee that the player you draft down the line will even be superstars w/ the Lakers

We're on pace to miss the playoffs for the 3rd time in 5 seasons since Bron signed. Bron has missed more time in that same period then he did in his previous 15 seasons. AD is a ticking time bomb and can't be a reliable number 1 option. Those are just the facts. If these guys were even moderately healthy sure, but that hasn't been the case and the likelihood of them getting more healthy as they age just isn't realistic.

It's not just about only drafting a superstar for the Lakers to sustain; we need to recoup assets.

Lebron signed in 18.

- We miss the offs in 3 of 5 years.
- Folks who hated him since BEFORE day 1:
- 'Heeeey!!!! He's not that good! OBVIOUSLY!'

- Rewind to seasons 13-14 to 14-16
- Same folks:

For the life of me...

I have no idea why we keep starting Dennis and Bev together with the numbers being so bad with that line up.

Bev shouldn't start IMO but don't want bev out there with Russ....

Ugh. I need a Laker win after the way SC gave up the booty...smh

Who said he isn't good 😂? He individually is still a great player, but his impact hasn't exactly matched that greatness anymore as evidenced by the futility of the team in general as well as getting hurt more in his tenure with the Lakers than anytime before.

As for your second point, one Bean was similarly getting hurt as well, but major difference there's 15 seasons of equity and much more success overall that he had built up with the Lakers. Also they didn't use what picks we had to try and pseudo compete for him. Don't know what point you're trying to make, we focused on rebuilding the team.

good start

have to watch the hornets broadcast cuz i cant stomach that much bill macdonald this week

westbrook starting off playing dumb

why is it so hard for him to just do things simple?

Imagine no wasted possessions with Beverly and Russ boneheaded plays

Imagine all the lakers, living life in peace yoohoo
