**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

Love to see Max slowly blossoming this year. But, he should have been getting more reps and experience these last 2 years. Instead of playing Bron/AD for 35+ minutes with blow-outs, instead of rotting on the bench getting DNPs (put him in G-league to guard the best guy and work on his offense), instead of prioritizing Cam Reddish and Taurean Prince when team is heavily injured.

Can't give the kid veteran responsibilities, when you play him 12-14 minutes last 2 years, Max shouldn't have inbounded.

-AR with 10 assists/0 TOs.
-DFS should start over Rui.
-Hayes was awful in limited minutes. Houston went on a huge run when AD sat and Hayes went in, and a lot of it was offensive rebounds.

Can't defend the basket but rebounds the piss outta the ball.

JV is a cone defensively, might be unplayable in playoffs (like he’s been last few years).

Vuc sucks defensively too, but can at least space with the 3-ball.

Kessler good defender, no spacing

Robert Williams good defender, always injured.

JV last place in my rankings of those

Valanciunas would be a great pick up.

Not only does he rebound but he can also stretch the floor and make threes

NTM, JV has career regular season averages of 13 ppg and 9.5 rebs per game. In the playoffs JV’s career rebounding averages increase to over 10 boards per game.

JV and/or Timelord has the most playoff experience out of any of the centers the Lakers are looking to acquire therefore these two are my preferred big man pickups for LAL

JV has hit 2 threes this season. TWO. Can he shoot? maybe. Does he? nope. He's been moved to bench after starting for his last two teams for a reason. I don't mind him for a second round pick, but he's not a starting caliber center. He'll get targeted and abused in the playoffs

Mavs coming off a back to back with no Luka, Kyrie and Gafford tonight. Please win, preferably by a lot.
Mavs have a pretty tough schedule going forward. I'm not too worried about them. Especially if they have all these injuries.
