**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

So I'm watching last years highlights today.  I'm really hoping Walton abandons the weird substitutions he would do sometimes.  Sitting starters for like 12 minute stretches and bringing them in with 2 mins left in a close game and hoping they are hot.  I know the squad had no real direction but I'm hoping he doesn't do that this year with Ball.

Luke was either tanking or doing what noobs do and trying to reinvent the wheel. Seems like he was trying to condition his players to stay in rhythm regardless of court time. He should see by now that it didn't work

Feel like Lee was a better athlete than Hart coming out though.

That was another comp I had, but Hart is stronger and bigger at the same age than Lee. Much more physical too, hence the Matthews comp.

Not only that but they've fallen short of their publicly announced goals. Said they were trying to get another lotto pick and ended up with a late 1st. Magic went on late nite tv saying he wanted Paul George and still nothing yet. Now saying they want two max guys..we'll see how it goes
