Nah... he plays out on the perimeter too much to average 10+ rebounds. Look at the list of players who players who average 10+ rebounds... it's pretty impossible for a perimeter player to do. The players who did it while starting at SF (Shawn Marion and Gerald Wallace) were essentially playing PF.
