They're legit, but not for 550. Im starting to see DS pair of these go for 600 now. I'd say around the 350-400 range.

I sold my extra pair in slightly better condition for $775.

The lowest legit DS pairs sold on ebay are lower $800's. Most below that are bait and switch (have fake and legit pics mixed in the listing) or fakes.
