i see the color code says green abyess, but the color looks blue. Can anyone clear this up for me? i would only buy them if it is a knicks style color way

What would you guys do in my situation? I really don't wanna pay more than retail for GKs, but if I have to, it is what it is. I have someone who can get it to me for $300-$310 shipped or I wait it out and try retail. 2 Foot Locker's in my area are doing raffles - 1 tomorrow and Wednesday and one on Thursday. And I can also RSVP at Niketown. But I'm afraid if I strike out and ask him, it'll be too late. What do you guys think?

No enhancement was done. This was handheld with my dslr. I was too lazy to get the tripod out. If i had I could have upped the ISO for some long exposure. If I do that, it will REALLY pop.

You guys took some unbelievable pics....best showcase yet! I can't believe they glow that hard!! I've never been that intrigued by GITD but I can't wait for this weekend....I may have to create an ID as well with some of those other GITD colors. I think I'd pass out if they had that Red or Blue glow available for the upper.

For me it comes down to disposable income and peace of mind. Of course I don't want to pay so much for early releases, but I'd rather do that than get stressed/pissed that I couldn't get them on release date, and have to spend hours looking for a good resale price. Also the hype for shoes in my area is crazy, so getting a really popular shoe is difficult.

If you strike out, I see the resale value on these being a bit higher for the first few months....I could be completely wrong though. Kinda hard to gauge right now but I think it's fair to say that this thread is extremely excited to get their hands on the Gator King!

Anyone who's already preordered will say hop on it. Anyone who's decided to shoot for it on rd will say wait. In any case it'll be a split decision. That being said I preordered and that would be cheaper than what I paid, so I'd hop on it. Good luck with your decision bro.

I paid 320 shipped for mine. After all of these glow and on feet pictures I can say I am definitely happy with my purchase. I may try to double up at retail for 2 pair but feels good knowing that one is locked in even if I paid out of my comfort range for most releases.
These will be sought after like Big Bangs years to come. People that I know that could care less about Lebron releases are going nuts over these.

Tampa HoH said FCFS, but they're not on the locator.
Also for Tampa heads, FTL at international mall is closing in a couple weeks and will re open a month or so later as an HoH. This was from an employee, she wasn't sure dates. But it's changing though

Sobesoles.com is advertising on IG that they have them for sale on their site, but I can't actually find them. I'm just going to wait since I have a HoH nearby and they will hopefully get them

I was feeling good about my 339 for em. I just sold my Gamma 11s for 300 and am happy as hell I got em. I think your right, the hype around the Xs was no where near what these are and the XI is so much nicer. Good Luck to anybody in the raffles, your gonna need it....especially in S. Florida

Same here for AZ heads...Chandler FTL will be turning into HOH. Target opening date is May 15th
