Definitely happened with some Kings Crown orders

Fact is, if you don't get shipping confirmation from them the same weekend of the release, it was most likely oversold and will get cancelled

Ouch sorry to hear some orders on NDC got canceled. Don't know if it mattered but glad I did Next Day shipping on NDC. Mine came in Monday to AZ.

On NDC's terms of use it says they have the right to cancel someone's order if they're a reseller. I just assumed it was all a bluff. That's hilarious though. Resellers taking that L
