Was online Saturday for the grafitti release and noticed that nbastore did not release them at 8am, but later on in the day. I just called nbastore customer service to ask what time they release shoes on release days. They said that they have no set time for any releases, and randomly put them up for sale anytime after 12am. And that a customer should just continuously refresh their page throughout the day after 12am to see if the appear. Wow.
