Nahh, he's more than 7%.

I might give those DB Roman. Deadlifts a try. They dont seem better than a BB though.
He was 8% at the league weigh in the summer he was drafted, which he also came in at 247. I remember Nick Collison was 20% body fat

U sure about that?

The bench is 185....this is from the whole pre-draft process...and as you can see, Dwight Howard got 7.

Just saw the vid....very impressive...especially since dude has LONG arms. Probably gotta take into consideration that when these #'s were done in thepre-draft process, Dwight had zero, to no experience lifting. Once you get to the pro level, you get the best of the best not only watching your diet, butalso over your workout routine....dude probably had untapped strength, but it was just a matter of him getting consistent in his workouts....putting up 7 repsof 185 is pathetic...and I DO think he was trying...you're not gonna BS and goof your way off through the testing...no matter if you are the projected #1overall pick or not.

but, I wouldn't be shocked if Lebron wasn't stronger...

Dwight has said that when he came into the league he could only rep 185 a couple times, and since then he's also stated the he throws up close to 400. Personally, I would be shocked if LBJ was stronger.

I just found this...

Weighty issue: ESPN analyst Jon Barry, who was in town to work Wednesday's game against the Chicago Bulls, said on ESPN radio that LeBron James recently weighed in at more than 270 pounds. When he came into the league six years ago, James weighed 240 pounds and currently the roster lists him at 250. But last season James let it slip that he was 260, though he quickly took it back after the statement raised eyebrows.

Playing power forward for Team USA and now for the Cavs, it would seem reasonable that James bulked up a bit in preparation, though maybe not to more than 270. It doesn't seem to be slowing him down and his body fat is around 5 percent. But James is admitting nothing.

"What, 270? No, that's not true," James said. "It's a rumor, I don't like rumors."

I don't think I'll ever understand these weight/height speculations that go on in the league. You can get a good scale at Target for $16.99.
