Apparently These were 1 of 3 made for J.B. Employees around the 13's original release date.
Looks like a custom too me....
Any info on authenticity, or even on the shoe at all.

lol, highly doubtful these are samples

The box & production # is for the OG Black/reds
Very rare to see samples in a sz 11 -yes, occasionally you'll see the odd one or two that aren't ...but virtually all samples are sz 9
1 of 3 in the world? ...do you really think such a rare sample would be worn to "beater" status?

Admittedly, they look real (OG Black/reds) But as you said they are almost certainly an extremely poor custom job.
