Lettuce discuss Sacramento, CA

i grew up half between SF and Sac. from 18-20 I was in sac almost every weekend to club, b/c they had the best 21 and under clubs. Since I turned 21 i've never been back, and don't plan on it.

One of the gems of Sacramento is the American River Trail which spans 30 miles. There's also a section from Folsom that goes 20 miles south.

If you are outdoorsy, Sac is a playground. Tahoe and Napa/Sonoma county are short drives away and you can return to your big house that you pay 900/month for. If you like big box stores and chain restaurants, Sac is a mecca. The food scene is underrated however as you will find all types of great ethnic cuisine and mom & pops.

Thunder Valley Casino is pretty awesome.

It's really a shame a new arena couldn't be built at the railyards - I think it would've made Sactown a legit city finally. Downtown/Old Sac will continue being a ghost town.
