hmmm i always thought that Incredible Hulk was AFTER Iron man 2. the scene after IH had Tony trying to convince the General to let Hulk join a team. whereas IM2 had him not wanting to join until later in the movie.

At the end of IM2, when they SHIELD gives im the files, the clip of the hulk raging at the campus is shown on the mini screens so its either before or concurrently with IM2

That DD S2 trailer reminded me of one of the BvS trailers but way better Like done right; Down to WW showing up in the end/Elektra showing up in the end.

Bernthal seemed better to me as Punisher with his replies about DD being a coward and half measure.
