Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. * S7 Premieres May27

Yeah anythings possible right now. I hope it's actually revealed this season though and it isn't dragged on til season 3.

And I have to give props to the writers and everyone involved. They turned something that was silly as **** in S1 to some great stuff we're getting now.

They definitely are or I should say it definitely is. I really liked this ep cuz it seems like Marvel is letting this show seed the Inhumans heavy.

The second I saw dude blocks and shapes workshop, I was like that's Attilan. Black Bolt probably chilling in the Himalayas right now. Made me wonder if they're gonna hold off the reveal that Coulson is alive to the other Avengers all the way until around the Inhumans movie.

Eh on all things Ward this ep though. I wanted Coulson to surprise ppl and be like Agent Deathlok, take him out so we could just be done with dude.

From here on, the writers are free from Coulson's mystery, so they have a little more freedom. It's crazy that they're building towards the inhumans so soon, but I'm glad they did what they did with the carvings instead of doing something silly. Only thing I'm worried about is if they'll show Atillan on the show with the limited budget they have. I believe they'll hold back on revealing that Coulson is alive until S.H.I.E.L.D is back up or they have their resources back.

I'm liking Hydra Ward. Made him more interesting. I wonder if they're gonna make him a higher up in Hydra, and Hydra & Shield both race to find Atillan.

Also, the interactions between Bobbi & Hunter are great.

Show is really finding their groove, that's for sure.

Avengers gotta know Coulson alive by now, don't they?????

So yall think we'll actually see this this season? I have a feeling it'll be put on the back burner from now on and touch back on it towards the season finale.
It's possible that they'll show it seeing as how this season seems to be wrapping up Coulson's arc. They could use the time they have before the film comes out to give backstory and all of that so they won't have to do that for an entire film.

I don't think we'll see Attilan this season. Just teases about getting close to it.

They could do what I'm thinking they'll do with Cap Marvel MCU wise though, show some characters way before their movies. I'm expecting Carol Danvers to show up in Civil War which right now seems to be a good chance.

Someone school me on Attilan. Thank.
It's just the secret city/kingdom of the Inhumans.
Man I hope we get another Riddick movie
:hat
Also what are the odds that Skye dad is Maximus?
If the guy they got playing Skye's dad so far is Maximus that'd be pretty ballsy and crazy.

I should be wondering more who that guy is or suppose to be, given how he clearly has some secret power and has been killing ppl all wild.

Got this from another site.

"Here’s where things get interesting. Attilan began as a small island where Inhumans isolated themselves from the world. As humanity developed and began to explore by sea and air, they flew their city (yes, it’s that advanced) to hide it in a Himalayan Mountain range in China. Later in the comics, the Inhumans move the city to the moon and beyond but for now let’s assume when we meet the Inhumans, they’ll likely be based in China. Guess where Skye’s origins are based? As we learned in season one, she was born and discovered in a small Chinese village where her parents (described as “monsters“) massacred everyone before being saved by S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, many of whom lost their lives. It’s all connected and all the signs are there."

I did a little reading on the inhumans. Very intriguing. AoS has been really pleasing to watch so far. Hopefully things get to play out without some sort of cancellation by ABC.

Anybody see the promo for next episode?

Whuh happen to May's face?

Man, why another week break?

UGH!

Also, Agent Carter starts in early January in the same timeslot, an 8-week event, so does that mean we get a 2 month break?

I hope they don't stretch it out til AoU. :{

The season has 22 episodes I believe. They're probably stretching it out so they can get 11 episodes out the way until Agent Carter premieres, and bring it back after that. Once this season is over, I guess the Daredevil series premieres not long afterward, followed by AOU

I think Daredevil comes out after AoU's May 1 release. Rumors are it'll come out May 2015 but whats good with Netflix is they release all the season at once so you can knock em out in one weekend without a wait, at least I hope they do it like their other series.

Still sucks that they'll drag it out and have one to two weeks breaks here and there again, I wouldn't even be surprised if they save 2-3 episodes for after AoU so they can show the movies events on the show again.

I can understand not wanting it to be stretched out, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt seeing how the show improved.

If they were doing it like 11 eps in a row, 2 month break, 11 eps in a row I'd love it or any variation of that. Suits manages nicely with that set up. Makes it so that the next season doesn't even seem that long of a wait. All of these one week or two week breaks ***** things up especially if you're gonna then throw a 2 month break in their somewhere.

For a comparison I'm not feeling how NBC gave The Blacklist a break for this State of Affairs nonsense trying to play it up like it'll be similar to The Blacklist cuz it has the same directors. Just something about Heigel's face in this role I can't take seriously.

Anyway, as for this ep. Pretty cool. TWD could learn a lesson on how even AOS managed to juggle 3 separate groups (Coulsonand co., Bobbi, May and the interrogation, and Ward torturing his bro) so well.

****** up what Ward did. I wasn't as engaged with his story. Didn't care if the well story was true but I thought the senator was telling the truth and possibly just lied for the hell of it. He was playing great mind games though. Killed too soon.

The story with this nazi getting Inhuman body organ transplants to be young again, the woman being Skye's mom, and the whole angle where they fit in Agent Carter was cool.
