without ^, the toes box is really snug. If you have normal to wide feet. You should get .5 size bigger.

I usually wear 10.5 with Jordans but i had to get a 11 in the m4's.

.5 size up was perfect for me. the neoprene ankle supports have no effect on the sizing. the toe box is the issue and the supports only run to the middle ofthe foot.
