Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil
Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter

I will say that I like all of them, but that Black Castor Oil is the truth.

I use ABS once in the morning and once at night.


Works really good.

ABS is good. Make sure you moisturize though. Dries your skin out a bit.

Also make sure you getting the real stuff. Looks like cookies and brownies all smashed and mixed.

Use these daily.

For body/face/hair soap I use Nivea for Men - Natural.
For deo I use the Arm & Hammer Natural as well.
