Theres a running thread that can give you better suggestions based on your feet, your arch, width, running style etc but a good all around shoe is the Nike Pegasus.

Go to a run specialty store and have them examine your feet and gait, they can bring out a couple options that would work well for you.

Haha, I know theres better but I Pegasus has always been my go to running shoe. Think I started with the 33 or 34, but ive tried different brands and and the Pegasus has been my fav by far.
