Moments That Made You Realize You’re Washed

Also what's up with the young boys looking like a dusty 40 year old with a porn stache? Young ladies feeling that?

The women here in Denver love the mustache + mullet combo.

Add in a retro hat, oversized tee shirt, short shorts to show the thighs, and long socks + sneakers / sandals...

Just now seeing this thread but where do I start?

The older I've gotten the more I noticed that I've gravitated away from hip-hop especially mumble rap and murder music.

Hit a couple younger chicks and realizing one commonality in them which was that they like to *!?# to NBA Youngboy.

Caught myself beginning to say "back in my day"

Preferring the vibes of nice, upscale lounges as opposed to the typical clubs.

I'm more diligent and frugal with my bread.. even in regards to shoes, I typically wait for sales before I cop unless it's something I really really want. Saving more and putting extra savings into my Roth IRA and CDs in addition to my traditional 401k.

I'd say I'm much more aware of "danger" maybe it's being a father or maybe just life but I think back sometimes and realize how risky some of the situations we put ourselves in back then was. Glad me and my guys made it through.

I'm participate in way less risky behaviors when it comes seccs. Don't really do the multiple partner thing anymore, no more one night stands, and more protection. I used to be wylin.

A lot of the things I enjoyed in the past just seem either childish or pointless to me now.

The desire to learn more and feed myself knowledge.

A growing dislike for social media.

Lastly just the desire for peace. My current circle is a reflection of this, I noticed that everyone who always seemed to be in, or around, drama no longer occupies a spot in my everyday life.

Idk man an old head told me the more things change, the more they stay the same and as I'm watching the younger generations grow I see they are just like we were at that age while we slowly turn into our elders. I say that life is the best teacher and mistakes and bad choices are necessary to learn but it's sad knowing that the flip side of that is that many people will make choices they can't come back from.

It's funny, given this guy is in the news now, i'm realizing since the kids are into streaming he may have influenced some of their look. Seems the stigma is still the same though, they might want to be careful...

Met up with a friend in LA recently. Security was throwing some dude out of a bar. I’m on alert but we still go inside. Then of course 20 mins later shots are popping off out front. I’m ducking under the bar and all I could think was “I’m too old for this ****.”

I get stomach aches / indigestion WAY MORE this year than I ever have. Definitely can't eat as much as I could in my teens and 20s. All you can eat joints typically no longer worth it versus just paying for one good entree.

When you skip the clothes and sneakers sections at Marshalls tj Maxx and Ross but get excited to see epsom salt on sale.

I was happy as heck to get a blood pressure monitor for only $16 at Marshalls yesterday.
