Money Mayweather Leaves No Tip on a $25K Bill

It's funny how people love to tell other people what to do with THEIR money
If I don't feel like tipping I ain't tipping
Plain and simple
I don't get tipped at my job I ain't whining over it
If they wanna complain about low wages then find another job
Now when a server goes OVER and BEYOND their duty then I tip
But only then

According to the article, the hotel comped it.

So they comped the 25k, and all he had to do was tip shorty?

Obviously I don't know the man, but from what I've seen on 24/7 and all access he seems really generous when he goes out leaving large tips, and sometimes paying for the other patrons' food as well. Seems odd, but maybe there is a reason.

You could try and justify it any way you want but you just sound cheap as ****.
You don't want to tip then don't go out to eat...it really is that simple.

I don't know how a lot of y'all keep questioning the fact that tipping is a thing.

Dudes go, sit down, ask for refills before leaving, get their food served to them...the whole damn thing.

A lot of you can't even get your wives to make you a sandwich but you expect a stranger to give you your food in exchange for your dumb *** smile.

Y'all cats crazy.

Again
WHO THE **** ARE YOU TO TELL ME OR ANYONE WHAT TO DO WITH THEIR MONEY
do I get refills before I leave in a to go cup???
U damn right
Do I expect excellent service???
U damn right
It's part of their job
People don't tip the cook
And the cooks do arguably a harder job than the severs
**** I could go to the kitchen and get my plate myself if a server wanna complain
If they complaining go find another job
I had a ******** job where pay was trash
What I do???
I quit and found something paying more
And my girl ain't got ZERO problems making me sandwiches bruh bruh
Just last night after putting it down on her
I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich
She hooked it up with cheddar and provolone on sourdough
And made me a big *** glass of kool-aid

I mean if the the owner came up and said "oh we will comp the whole thing for you its on the house"  I might diddy bop out of there like oh he said we all good fambs lets ride out.

Maybe the owner should hook the waitress up with some tip money?

Nobody at all is telling you what to do with your money but be prepared be for the possible ridicule for being cheap when tipping is an accepted societal norm. You don't care, whatever, continue to not tip but don't be surprised when somebody calls you out for it.

but when is he gonna fight Pacquiao...?
... I just added 10+ pages to this thread.

Didn't read the article but I know when I've been comped for my spending and play at Casinos you can't put any tip on the bill at all. I guess he could've handed here 5 stacks cash but really I'm not gonna go out of my way to find you and give you money if its not in the bill.

Even I'm tired of these threads.

Why should anyone have to tip again? Is it just cuz he's rich? This whole frowning upon certain things you do without any critical thought behind whys not what's up. This whole judging ppl thing for something like this is lame too. YAWN.

But I guess since it's Floyd this'll be like the other threads.

bruh for 25k you shouldn't have to leave a tip. A place banking like that should be able to pay workers minimum wage.

- Why does anyone say "bless you" when you sneeze?
- Why do people give each other a kiss on the cheek which if you really looked at the motion is just a kiss in the air?

Something's are just social norms...tipping is one of them. If you want to question norms that force you to tip, I hope you also question the ones that don't take money out your pockets.

By a lot of your logic, strippers shouldn't get tips either because they are just there to do a job. And if they don't like how much they make they should just find another job.

Nobody is forcing anyone to tip. However, nobody is forced to put themselves in situations where tipping is the norm.

Don't want to tip?
Stay home and eat grilled cheese with kool aid.

If wealthy people are expected to tip, wouldn't that mean broke people don't have to?

This makes sense.

Go out and spend 25k at the club but don't tip cause pockets ain't good right now.

Unless you're a waiter, I don't even understand how tipping is even an issue.

I tip, don't care if the person next to me does or doesn't.

This thread is more about jealousy than anything else.

"You got a lot, gimme some...", lookin ***

Bunch of broke people in here counting a millionaires pockets.

pretty much sums up these kind of threads...

I think a lot of NTers work in the customer service industry that's why this topic always have so many dudes butt hurt about people not tipping.
