well you never know with nike if they will stick to their colors of originals. the 98 retros and originals were a CONCORD "purple", which is veryclose to BLUE in many lighting settings. people mistake it for blue all the time. With that said, nike has never been too caring for the accuracy of accentcolors so we may see a more BLUE this time around or a color more purple.

as far as release goes, if the spring 09s release in FEBURARY, summers should be in MAY, and then add three months for the FALL. I would estimate an EarlyAugust release for these fall shoes

Well the whole color thing could be happening for a variety of reasons:

1 - respecting OG collectors...just so the original releases keep their value
2 - changes in the manufacturing of specific colors...best example is the Air 180 in the HOA pack and the ATC retros..."Sonic Yellow" FTL

3 - money...if they are already making a bunch of shoes in one color, they will likely make a retro with same color instead of spending the extra money for themanufacturing process for the actual color.

As much as we wish Nike could care more about us, they are a business-making a profit comes first.
