Movie sequels that are better than the OG vol. Rush Hour 3

There is no question that The Empire Strikes Back is better than Star Wars - it could be argued that it's the best of the whole series.

The Godfather pt2 is not better than the Gidfather though. Maybe more action but it's not a better movie at all. It's great but the original is one of the best movies of all time.
 
Episode 3 was my favorite Star Wars film, from a critical view Empire Strikes back was the best piece of work from the franchise.

Came in here to post Home Alone 2 since I just watched it yesterday :lol: :smokin

I agree with TDK & Star Wars 2 as well
 
Bourne 2 & 3
LOTR 2 & 3
Godfather 2
Rocky 2 and 3
Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi

TDK and TDKR were both better than Batman Begins

Lord of the Rings 2&3 were better than the first as well
 
I feel like people don't give Begins enough credit. That movie reestablished the tone for the entire franchise.

I also thought that Begins had better character development (particularly Bruce himself) that gave the story more depth. As far as action and coolness of characters go, the sequels most definitely take the cake.
