I'm really on the fence with this one. We all know how much it cost to see a movie here lol. You guys think it's really worth it?

I've said it a few times but if you go to the theater twice in a month then it's already worth it. I rarely go since most movies suck but if you can share the card and app with your family then it's even better. Just give it to whoever wants to watch a movie that day.

I've use moviepass 4 times already! Moviepass seriously might be the FLOYD MAYWEATHER aka TBE of the movie industry.

I used movie pass twice..

Finally used it last night in NYC at a Regal theater. While walking to the theater I checked in and used the kiosk with no problems. With NYC ticket prices I'm already winning.

Maybe AMC planned on coming out with their own card but exclusively for their theaters.

That's the only logical reason why they are so upset over this.

Edit: Just check right now and the show times are back but the movies are closed..

Same here. Wasn't getting theaters or movie times or the map to load yesterday. Opened the app today and seems to be working fine. The app is ****** at the moment and needs an update with fixes. Now just waiting patiently for my card to arrive

I read that's one of the reasons why AMC is being hostile. They have a subscription service in the works. You snooze you lose thearer chains shoulda been thought of this

Depends on where you are, unfortunately. We had a similar service in the Cincy area, but I only got notifications every couple of months because there weren't a ton of screenings. Then, if you skipped one that they sent you for any reason, they bumped you down the list.

Can’t believe how easy that was.

Issue I was having on Thursday was because I was selecting to pick up a reservation. Didn’t realize I had to actually purchase the tickets.

Paid for It, grabbed a ticket for Dunkirk just testing the moviepass out and ended up sneaking into The Hitman’s Bodyguard (5/8 decent action/comedy).

I can see me using this every weekend.

Don't have this in my country. This would be a great pass to buy with groups of friends. Buy 3 passes among 5-8 people and share.
