If Will Smith didn't die with the zombies, it would have never ended. They woulda kept tracking him down and following him to the camp and ultimately destroying society. Will had to die in order to preserve society.
I'm going to have to disagree, sir.
Will didnt have to die, he could have thrown the grenade or something and hid inside with the mom and son. He just didnt care if he died cause hehad nothing left.

the matrix was 3 movies of build-up to that horrible ending.

For the most part all comedies have bad endings. That's why during the end credits they show gag reels of the funnier parts of the movie.

Wasn't really a bad ending, just too convoluted/quick wrap up in like 5-10 minutes.

Movie peaked way before that so the ending was just a big let down.
Ending left me

, but just because it was so random...I agreewith what you said though.

I had problems with a lot of things in that movie, but I felt the ending was superb. Ballsy move by whoever wrote it, it was different from the OGbook and it's just something you don't normally see in a movie...people sometimes think that "different" means bad, but not in this case IMO.

The worst 3rd movie in a trilogy that I've seen. Ugh...terrible.

Most recent movie that I saw with a "bad ending" would have to be Wanted...dude broke the fourth wall and said "what the #!#% are youdoing?"...I didn't come to the movies to get disrespected by your flimsy %+%, shut yo punk %+% up.

There was a city full of them. He couldn't have killed them all. They would have hunted him down. He also realized that the zombies didn'twant to be "cured" and he was just a "legend" that existed outside of their society, kidnapping and killing their own kind.
